What to Expect at ‘Tarot Readers’
To request a Tarot reading with one of our endorsed Tarot readers, you will be asked to pay via PayPal and submit a request form (see below) with some details, such as your question and which type of reading, ranging from a simple one card reading, through to a full ten card spread. Once you have sent your request form and payment, we will confirm your request via email within 48 hours. We will also provide an indication of when you can expect your actual Tarot reading. Turnaround times will vary depending which reader you choose, the type of reading required and the level of demand at that point in time. Typically, you can expect your reading within 7 days, unless stated otherwise.
At ‘Tarot Readers’ we have a very strong Ethical Policy, therefore, we will always review your question. We retain the right to refuse to read on a particular topic (e.g. health, legal matters, third party readings, etc.). If an alternate question cannot be agreed, your payment will be refunded via PayPal.
How will I receive my reading?
Once the reader has completed the reading, it will be emailed to you using the email address provided in the request form. You will have the opportunity to request clarification on the cards drawn for your reading. If you wish to ask further questions that were not addressed in the original request or you wish to have further cards drawn, you will be invited to purchase another Tarot reading.
If you have not received your Tarot reading within the specified time, please check your junk mail box first, if it hasn’t arrived, contact us by clicking here.
We will store your Tarot reading securely for at least 6 months. You may request a copy of your Tarot reading at any time during this period.
You must be 18 or over to get a reading, unless parental consent has been provided. We will not read on behalf of someone who has not given their express permission for the reading.

If a Tarot reading has been performed, there will be no refunds. It takes time and effort to complete a Tarot reading and considerable time to write up and send. Our readers work hard for their money and you are paying for their time. We will do our best to clarify any questions you may have and offer you advice on how to get the most out of your reading experience.
Refunds will be provided if a reading has not taken place. For example the reader refuses to answer a question due you our Ethical Policy or that you are unable to agree on the question being asked.
